buffet arm
a maneuver performed to create more room in the stomach so that one can get the full value of his or her buffet experience. it begins by raising either arm so that the elbow is at a 90° followed by a twisting motion of the torso.
i started hitting the wall until i used the buffet arm. then i ate 4 more slices of pizza.
