builder’s brew


a strong black tea with milk, usually with two sugars and served in a mug (as opposed to a teapot). usually achieved with using strong quality tea brands, such as pg tips or yorkshire gold. term is also known as “builder’s tea” and mostly used the commonwealth and ex-commonwealth (uk and ireland especially). “brew” is more colloquialism than “tea” and is more appropriate at informal environment, for example with your buddies.
