evil turkish politician who gave the order for turkish forces to invade cyprus on july 20 1974. there was a small minority of turkish people on the island of cyprus at that time, so ecevit thought that a good way to look after their interests would be to invade cyprus, destroying homes and murdering tons of the greek cypriots that lived there, stealing a large portion of their land and naming it ‘the turkish cypriot republic’.
despicable, ruthless, barbaric murderer and thief. i hope he dies soon.
