when you blow your nose or sneeze and you let a fart go by accident. can also be used to to simply describe a fart on it’s own.
i was blowing my nose when a b-m sneeze slipped out.
often on the day after a hot curry or some food that didn’t agree with you. when going for a poo knowing that it’s going to be a bad one, you strain a bit too hard, resulting in a spray-like, liquidy jet of poo coating the inside of the toilet.
oh man, that curry last night made me b-msneeze all the way through my shift.
i just did the worst b-msneeze, it actually caused pain.
