a person who to blames president g. w. bush for even obvious unrelated issues, for no other reason than to push a personal or political agenda.
examples a bush-blamer would say: bush was responsible for that volcano erupting that shutdown all those airlines. bush caused global warming. bush blew up the world trade center. bush caused that oil spill to embarr-ss obama.
