a term used to describe a person who is generally unattractive to most people but has something about them that makes them cute to an individual person.
scenario: a group of friends see a person and they all generally agree that the person is ugly.
one person in the group will say she is “bustacute” because he still sees something in them that makes them slightly attractive to them.
