cadleyism
a cadleyism is an annoying action performed by someone working in a support role within an organisation but to be purposefully as unsupportive as possible leading to a detrimental effect on the organisation. this is usually the result of bitterness and jealously.
some fine cadleyisms are a love of policy, saying “i don’t mean to be bias” then being bias, “i’d love to help, but my hands are tied”, lying, smelling, sleeping with colleague’s girlfriends
