well, this word defines something that is not goog qualty, it could be some cheap object, that doesn’t work tottaly perfect, it’s a bad acquisition…it could be maybe a really stupid letter, if it is too bad, or has something wrong it is a calish letter…some punk bands uses this word a lot..
