Candy Bear


this phrase is most commonly used to describe a co-worker who is on the same level as others but thinks he is in charge. these people are often rather large in size resembling a bear, and enjoy bags of candy. the phrase also has the double meaning of them being very weak or scared.
“josh is just a big candy bear! he acts like he is in charge but really everyone looks down on him. i hope he gets a bad batch of candy!”
