Carmen Willis Day
-n.- a festival held annually on feb. 8th to celebrate the legacy and life of said carmen willis. in a small village, the villagers would traditionally fill miniature cowboy hats with picante salsa and place them upon the head of their p-n-s (similar to a bucket on a tree limb.) there is determined a winner, who gets the honor of having a frankfurter (or turkey dog subst-tute) forced into their -n-l cavity by the second place recipient. the traditional garb worn at this festival is a mumu and wooden shoes similar to that found within sweden.
