a very annoying, scary, “evil”, or weird bald person. first mentioned in law and order:svu by a schizophrenic man saying the “cashesties” were in his head.
-can refer to a group of people with a signature bald or buzzed head.(e.g. gangsters,cholos,n-z- skinhead) also people with receding hairlines.
“my english teacher is a cashestie.”
“that guy’s hair is so fake, he’s probably a cashestie.”
