a term used frequently out of laziness, it means “can’t be f-cked” or “couldn’t be f-cked” and in some cases “can be f-cked” depending on the context.

and..

would be “couldn’t be f-cked”

can’t be f-cked syndrome, also known as the lower case form cbfs. it is caused by lazy people who do nothing nearly all the time, then it can lead to where they can’t be f-cked anymore so they just do nothing hence cbfs the cure is committing to do something, but if somebody has an extensive case of it, good luck to you; and it is very contagious
