Cellphone Shuffle
the lack of motor skills, balance, and peripheral vision as well as sidewalk weaving displayed by someone walking down a busy street while talking on a cellphone.
this guy in front of me is doing the cellphone shuffle and i can’t p-ss him because he’s weaving all over the place.
