Ch’aat


the acknowledgment of a general truth where an audience feels inclined to mention that a certain statement resonates with them. this word derives from the statement “true that.” ch’aat is a much easier and more functional way to express the feelings of “i agree, true that, etc…” ch’aat is typically stated in a very fast and quick manner where the intonation of the a has an “ah” sound to it. the word, when stated sounds like “chewthaa.”
