the chang scale is a universal measurement of how high a person is.
the scale is organized as follows:
0 – sober
1 – semi
2 – subdued
3 – stoned
4 – stupid
5 – surreal
hope: dude, i’m so high
johnna: wait, how high?
hope: i’d say on the chang scale, i’m about a 3.5
