an animated television series created in j-pan featuring a male main character who is completely inept at life. he has the uncanny ability, however, to attract multiple people of the opposite s-x who happen to be popular, beautiful, and unexplainably interested in him. there is no action or adventure in a charles anime, and the plot typically orbits around the main character p-ssing off all of the female characters only to make them like him more.
