chesse ball, not to be confused with “cheese ball”. in the online world, a derogatory term used to tear your opponent down and deflate his ego. the most hurtful thing you can possibly say to a fellow gamer. chesse ball is not to be used lightly. chesse ball can be used to describe people who run out the back of the endzone on kickoffs, run 238 half back screens per game, and generally succeed in all facades of being a complete and total -ss hole.
