someone who’s just half–ssing their job. commonly used as a verb to describe the lazy -ss behavior of an individual. derives possibly by a man realizing that he has “chili d-ck” and stops whatever he’s doing and stares.
quit chili-d-cking around and get your -sses to the line.
the next time i see you guys chili-d-cking instead of working we’ll stay after practice until the d-mn lights are turned off.
