chilly-whop
a chilly-whop many times is used to define a poorly hit shot in compet-tive or recreational golf, particularly an approach shot. generally a chilly-whop is followed by an excessive string of expletives and/or a firm toss of the club.
“f-ck me in the face,” what’s wrong chandler did pat get attacked by a banshee or a pack of wolves, “no but pat just chilly-whopped that last shot.”
