Chumpy Boots
chumpy boots is a nice way of calling someone a chump without doing it. it usually gets a “wha-a-a?” response. people (chumps) who are called “chumpy boots” tend to immediately call everyone in their vicinity the name, because they don’t know what it is. hence, the “chumpiness” of the word. a true “chumpy boots” is going to call someone else the name especially if they have no idea what it means.
i had no idea i was such a chump but i soon learned after i called him chumpy boots and had no idea what it meant! i guess i am the chump after all.
