a sensation similar to an -rg-sm that occurs in only the most sincere of film geeks. a cinegasm is triggered by a movie-related event, such as watching an amazing film, meeting one’s favorite director, or seeing one’s favorite score composer win an academy award.
a cinegasm is not merely a film geek’s -rg-sm. it must occur due to a something cinematic.
