citizen maintenance
having to fill out forms, make phone calls, go to offices, etc. for utilities, bills, services, etc.
i spent all morning at the dmv and then had to come home and try to get a hold of someone at the cable company to figure out why my service was shut off. i hate citizen maintenance!
