Clever Fish Syndrome
a mental disease whereby the person has all the mental affects that would grant him/her a photographic memory, but they also suffer from all the mental aspects of amnesia, rendering him/her normal in terms of memory capability. the name of this syndrome derives from a real situation in which a fish know as “goldy” would learn things incredibly fast (such as einsteins theory of relativity and triganometory) but would forget them in the following seven seconds.
