Close Sitter
a close sitter is somebody who sits near you on a form of public transport, normally unintentionally.
if you are sitting on a bus, and no one else is on the bus, the driver stops to pick one person up and they have the entire bus to choose a seat yet they decide to pick the seat directly behind you thus the term close sitter.
