one who consistently and prominently displays a “white o-ring” around one’s mouth after brushing one’s teeth. thus, it appears that one has sucked a circus clown’s white-face-painted p-n-s.
han brushed his teeth and, failing to rinse the excessive toothpaste from his mouth, formed a white ring of paste residue surrounding his lips. it looked like han had just finished giving bozo the beloved-white-face-painted clown a mean bj. han was a clown blower.
