a codgasm is an -rg-sm triggered by a headshot on call of duty, this is exclusive to callofduty4, those who experience a codgasm, have most likely just “pwned” a noob with a barret 50cal and seen blood splat on the far wall, they tend to squint their eyes, and shake their cheeks, similiar to the way richard nixon shakes his cheeks while he is talking.

i had the biggest cod-gasm last night when i pulled off that 360 yy ladder stall headshot.
a codgasm can occur in several situations in any of the call of duty games (only for xbox 360 though, because all the other systems are inferior). the codgasm itself is the climax of the call of duty experience, much in the same way an -rg-sm is to s-x; except the codgasm is several times more intense and allows for the use of words such as “rape” and “b-tch” in appropriate ways. this codgasm can be achieved in situations ranging from, but not limited to, eliminating an entire team in search & destroy by yourself, or carrying your team through an entire level by yourself (the higher the level the more intense the codgasm. after round 30, the codgasm becomes so intense that people often lose several pounds from the excreted fluids.)
