a grey-faced individual, whose mouth drops when relaxed, so as to resemble the face of a cod. often simply referred to as coddy. these individuals are insignificant looking and are often supervisors in working environments. they like to brag and during conversation, infer that thay are more clever than virtually everyone they ever meet.
