an unnatural act practiced by nonconsenting adults.
worker a: we have no common interests, we don’t like each other, and it irritates us to work together. but we were told by management to engage in collaboration.
worker b: what a waste of time.
the idea that everyone can work together and produce something better than they could on their own with less work.
often results in more work for 1-2 members of the group who receive little help
group member #1: so lets get started on this project
group member #2: yeah this is going to be easy
group member #3: you two can do it on your own and put my name on it okay?
group member #1: i hate collaboration
