Coma cake
a special cake made with medicinal marijuana b-tter. typically a denser cake with no frosting like sponge cake or coffee cake but does include any style cake as long as it contains medicinals.
i just made a new coma cake for the party, dont forget its medicated and eat too much or you might have a bad trip. after eating a coma cake one will often take a weed nap.
