communication malpractice
communication malpractice describes either intentional or incompetent blather from persons attempting to confuse others, duck a question, or mislead everyone; it is deliberately not communicating but pretending to.
communication malpractice is often used in multiple ways;
1. to mask insults by morally bankrupt intellectually dishonest people.
2. to hide ignorance on the topic being discussed, in other words an intentional deflection.
