racist epithet used to poke fun at the j-panese.
arose from the large amount of j-panese tourists in america, taking many photographs of popular landmarks and attractions. native j-panese speakers often have trouble with the “l” sound, as their language has none, and those with lesser experience with the english language often replace it with an “r” (producing “crick crick” instead of “click click” as the sound a camera makes). not in common use, but is used sometimes to make fun of engrish.
j-panese tourist: “herp me take a picture?”
american: -sn-gg-r- “crick crick.”
