n. a flowing waterway that is too big to be considered a ‘creek’, but too small to be considered a ‘river’….therefore, a mingling of the two words to define this size waterway.
our property was large, backed by a steep slope and boulders in the back and falling to a lovely little criver in the front, where we could watch the herons fishing.
