cranky, aggressive older female, pr-ne to snarling and pontificating. the republican version, often coiffed in a m-ssive bouffant hairdo and pastel pantsuit, will rant at tv coverage of gay pride parades. the democrat cronemudgeon, sporting natural fiber clothing and birkenstocks, drives a vw van and flips off suvs with ‘i support our troops’ yellow ribbons.
aunt grace is still p-ssed about the bush re-election. i told her real nice to get over it, but she snapped and went on and on about social security reform. g-d, she’s such a cronemudgeon.
