an insulting term for a white person who dislikes people of other races. this is a reference to the ku klux klan, which burns crosses in ceremonies celebrating their racial beliefs.
1st person: “tom can’t stand tyrone.”
2nd person: “he is such a crossburner! he just doesn’t like tyrone because he’s black.”
