crush hour
what “rush hour” really should be called, that wonderful time when you have lots of company, wanted and unwanted but usually the latter, on the bus or train or both. a good reason to take sick leave when you’re down three days later with the cold that that sneezing a—— gave you.
i came in to work late so i have to face the heart of crush hour when i’m ready to go home.
