a person who lacks the ability to function normally in society. this lifestyle is caused by either a) being constantly intoxicated, or b) being a total f-ck-up. this behaviour generally prevents any legitimate contributions to society, and is looked down upon by normal individuals. often leads to excessive idiocy while intoxicated, and prevents them from partying normally with others.
a state of being totally unchill, all the time.
