common understanding of -ssessment procedure.
a term for a method of testing and certification to eu regulation 306/2011 (a.k.a. the construction products regulations).
it is used when a product does not fall within the scope of a harmonized standard (i.e. bs en xxxx : yyyy) or within the scope of an etag (european technical -ssessment doc-ment).
person 1: “this zamac anchor doesn’t have an etag or en, what do we do for our ce mark?”.
