used in the movie “in her shoes.” refers to a man who buys a woman a drink in a bar exclusively to get into her pants. “cuervo” deriving from the popular tequila brand “jose cuervo,” and “carl” being a common male name for any douche bag that goes to a bar to pick up women.
the only reason you’re drunk right now is because cuervo carl wouldn’t leave us alone.
