curmugeon
usually an older person, who is not in tune with the current time or swing of things, who complains about everything. the complaints are usually directed at the change in society and those related to technology.
the student sent an email to her curmugeon professor, who didn’t know what an email was. the curmugeon said to the student, “i don’t even know how to use a t.v. back in my day we had to use a typewriter.”
