calling someone a cuscus face is degrading and insulting but somehow still falls under the category of a “joke”. cuscus is the short new definition of couscous.
couscous definition #4; is “the female genitalia also known as putang, p-ssy, or v-g-n-.”

it can be used as “dont be a v-g-n- face, p-ssy, c-nt, etc.”
