to cause a scene. generally when persons are angered or provoked, consequently ones temper is lost resulting in an outburst (usually verbal and may contain profanity). a negative action caused by provocation that is excting enough to be likened to a movie. hence the term, “cut a flick”
she cut a flick in the club after she caught her man in there cheating on her.
