Daeshbag
a pejorative for members of what is variously called “the islamic state of iraq and syria” (isis), “the islamic state of the levant” (isil), or “the islamic state” (is). it is based on “daesh” or d-a-ʿi-sh, its acronym in arabic (for al-dawla -al-islamiya fi al-ʿiraq wa al-sham) + “bag”, playing on the similar sounds of “daesh” and “douche”.
