pr-nounced dee-bab this is in reference to a silly juvenile person. usually this term is made when a person is so incredibly juvenile that it almost defies expression. when you can’t believe how low someone has gone, when you can’t find words to express how silly and juvenile a person is, dbabb is the word you are looking for. the etymology of the word comes from derrick babb, who really is a juvenile fool.
