De-assholization
the process by which a person becomes accustomed to an -sshole member of a social group and is then able to look past said -sshole’s behavior and appreciate him for the color of his personality.
the term was coined in the late 90’s by the inhabitants of the (now defunct) intel call center at the heathrow campus of the convergys corporation.
also known as: getting to know kevin ‘ribbs’ chance, a tall german kid from deland florida who had a flare for being an -sshole in the most exciting of ways.
