1) someone who goes to the gym and only works out his legs and lower-back.

2) sometimes its a person that only works out his portions of his lower body. for example: his work out may consist of doing deadlifts and squats; yet he does not curl, benchpress or work his triceps.
look at tim. he’s such a deadlift jockey . i never see that guy in the gym doing curls or benchpress for that matter. his lower body is totally disproportional to his upper.
