the term decruz dates back to early french automobile enthusiast simone decruz who used to lower his cars, in a similar fashion to the popular ‘low riders’ of the 80s and 90s.
the term re-gained is popularity during 2006-2007 as joseph decruz modified his office chair to sit incredibly low, in an effort to relive the early french days
to do a ‘decruz’ is to lower your chair to the point where you might as well sit on the floor.
