Dedovshchina
a heavily traditional informal form of bullying/hazing that occurs in the russian army. senior conscripts sometimes make junior conscripts perform their ch-r-s, other times it results in extreme forms of violent hazing, including death.
dedovshchina is bizzare, just leave it to the russians.
