Hyperkinetic syndrome

hyperkinetic syndrome n.
A childhood or adolescent disorder characterized by excessive activity, emotional instability, significantly reduced attention span, and an absence of shyness and fear, and that occasionally develops in individuals with brain injury, mental defect, or epilepsy.
