Intraparotid plexus

intraparotid plexus in·tra·pa·rot·id plexus (ĭn’trə-pə-rŏt’ĭd)
Any of the branches of the facial nerve passing through the substance of the parotid gland, connected by looped anastomoses. Also called pes anserinus.
