a chief technique of democrat political corruption. it is commonly exercised when democrats hold a majority of the cards in a voting arena.
1)liberal arrogance marked by fiscal irresponsibility and continuous promising of money and provision by government at the expense of taxpayers. overtly self-congratulatory, and drawn out to unusual length, i.e. from one administration to the next.
the city’s budget was approved by the democrat controlled -ssembly in which the unions were awarded high end long term contracts requiring the city to once again raise property taxes. (a democr-pathon)
